We are looking for a Producer to join our Hamburg based team at POPULAR!
You will be responsible for leading, planning and producing creative social content pieces for global leading brands.
Your responsibilities
Lead and oversee all stages from pre-production to post-production, including recruitment, budgeting, production coordination, day-to-day supervision, and post-production management.Manage contracts and legal agreements, oversee financial records, financial strategy and reporting, and handle profit distribution.Communicate with clients, maintain and develop various softwares and tools. Mentor & manage production team in-studio.
Your background
– You have a degree in film production, media studies, communication, business or similar. (The exception proves the rule :P)
– You already gathered valuable experience in the industry - specifically in line producing and budget management.
– We are interested in any media outlet you might have helped create in the past. From music videos, commercials, social media content to all other formats.
– You have a good foundation in the field of project management.
– You know how to lead a team and how to bring creative vision to life.
– You have great communication skills
– You combine accuracy and creativity effortlessly
– You are fluent in German and English
– You are fun to work with!!
